STI Testing and Treatment

We provide testing and treatment for STIs as self-pay care (care outside insurance coverage) in principle.

If you would like insurance-covered care, please consult with a doctor about whether it applies based on your condition and symptoms.

Treatable Conditions

HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B, gonorrhea, chlamydia, balanoposthitis, bacterial vaginitis, mycoplasma, ureaplasma, herpes, condyloma, vaginal candidiasis, bacterial vaginitis (vaginosis), vaginal trichomonas, etc.

For those living far away, we offer telephone consultations and a delivery service.

Please see below for details. Registration with our LINE account is required for telephone consultations and delivery.

Please select the section to jump to.

We also offer a student menu for students. If you are a student, please see below.

We also offer an exclusive menu for those working in the sex work and adult video industries. Please see below for details.

Note that the prices indicated in this page are all inclusive of tax.

Prices (Self-Pay)

Those without subjective symptoms will, in principle, receive self-pay care (care outside insurance coverage).

Self-pay prices are calculated using the price calculation below.

Students can use the student prices. Please see here for details.

Price Calculation

[Total Price] = [Consultation fee] + [Testing fee] + [Medication fee]

Consultation Fee (Only When a Consultation Is Needed)

The consultation fee differs depending on whether it is an initial or follow-up visit.

If you have visited us even once before, whether for insurance-covered or self-pay care, you will be seen at the follow-up visit fee.

Initial and Follow-Up Consultation Fees

Initial consultation fee: 2,500 JPY
Follow-up consultation fee: 1,000 JPY

There is no consultation fee for those who have already decided which items they want tested and do not need a doctor’s consultation, or for those requesting pills, ED treatment medication or AGA medication from the second time onward.

If you are unsure which test is best, the tool below will suggest the test package that suits you.

You can also discuss testing with our medical staff when you visit, so please feel free to ask.

Standard Testing

What is Standard Testing?

About the 3-Time Package

So that more people can undergo regular testing with greater ease, we offer a regular testing package menu that allows 3 tests at a good-value price.

You pay the package price (for 3 tests) at the time of your first test. No payment is required at the time of your second and third tests.

You can take your second and third tests whenever you like.

Please note that the validity period is 1 year from the time of your first test.

Recommended For

Those with particularly frequent opportunities for infection, such as CSW (those working in the sex work industry, adult video industry, etc.)

For those with particularly frequent opportunities for infection, we recommend testing about once a month; generally, we recommend testing about once every 3–4 months.

PrEP Special Price

Those using the 3-Time Package can obtain PrEP at a special price.

A doctor’s consultation is required for prescription (a consultation fee applies).

PrEP 1-month package (30 tablets): 7,000 JPY (usually 10,000 JPY)

PrEP 3-month package (90 tablets): 16,000 JPY (usually 19,000 JPY)

Insurance-Covered Care

We also provide insurance-covered care, so health insurance may apply if you have subjective symptoms.

Whether treatment under insurance coverage is possible differs depending on the condition and the treatment involved. Please inquire with a doctor.

For insurance-covered care, please note the following points.

Health Insurance Card Required

Registration under your real name is required. If you do not present your health insurance card, you will need to pay the full amount once, and we will issue a refund at a later date.

A Doctor's Consultation Is Required for Test Results

Those receiving insurance-covered care must have a follow-up visit to check their test results. (With self-pay care, you can view your test results by email.)

Conditions Apply to Insurance-Covered Tests

We cannot perform tests that are not covered by insurance, such as the various rapid tests, mycoplasma and ureaplasma testing, and anal swab testing for the various tests.

If you have no symptoms, we cannot, in principle, provide insurance-covered care.

A Medical Expense Notification Will Be Delivered

If you use insurance-covered care, a “Medical Expense Notification” will be delivered to your home (it lists the details of all insurance-covered care).

Regarding syphilis treatment, the injection treatment that completes treatment in 1 session is handled only as care outside insurance coverage. Please consult with a doctor for details.

Our Features

We have the following 4 features.

We provide care with consideration for your privacy, so please feel free to visit us with peace of mind.

Anonymous Visits Available

You can receive care without providing personal information such as your name. The “Medical Expense Notification” will not be delivered to your home either, so you can receive care without your family knowing. (Self-pay care only)

Privacy Considerations

We call patients by number rather than by name. The consultation rooms are soundproofed so that other patients cannot hear your conversation.

Same-Day Testing and Same-Day Treatment Available

Testing and treatment can be completed on the same day. For self-pay care, medication can be dispensed in-clinic, so there is no need to go to a pharmacy. For insurance-covered care, we can hand you a prescription or mail it to your home, workplace, etc.

Test Results Available by Email

For tests other than same-day testing, results can be checked later by email. There is no need to return to the clinic just to check your results. (Self-pay care only)

For insurance-covered care, a follow-up visit is required to check test results.

If you have symptoms, insurance-covered care may apply. Please consult with a doctor for more details.

We offer a wide range of good-value packages so that everyone can undergo testing more easily. Packages are available both with and without HIV items.
