Registering Your Credit Card Details
48 hours before the day of your consultation, we will send an email about registering your credit card details to the email address you gave when booking.
Once you complete the registration, we place a temporary hold on your credit card limit according to the medication and quantity you wish to be prescribed. Please rest assured that no payment is taken at this point.
Please refrain from using debit cards as much as possible.
If you use a debit card, a provisional hold amount may be temporarily withdrawn from your account.
Also, depending on your smartphone or app, a message such as “payment completed” may appear, but only a provisional hold has been placed, and the doctor will explain the payment to you, so please rest assured.

If you need to send a test kit back to us, you can upgrade to express shipping for an additional 300 JPY, allowing the kit to reach us sooner.

HIV Emergency Prevention Medication (PEP)
With our PEP shipping, after a specialist consultation with a physician certified by the Japanese Society for AIDS Research, we can provide PEP together with the necessary test kits.
If you would like PEP shipped to you, a doctor’s consultation is always required. The consultation fee is included in the package price below.
If you engaged in an act carrying a risk of HIV infection and were not taking HIV prevention medication (PrEP), then to prevent infection you need to take the emergency prevention medication PEP (pronounced “pep”) within 72 hours.
Depending on shipping conditions, it is possible that taking PEP may be delayed. If you are able to visit our clinic, we recommend that you come in person.

STI Prevention Medication (Doxy-PEP)
This is a method of preventing syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia by taking medication within 72 hours after sexual activity.
The reported prevention effectiveness was 87 percent for syphilis, 88 percent for chlamydia, and 55 percent for gonorrhea (International AIDS Society, July 2022).
For these STIs, it is said that sexual activity with a positive partner results in transmission approximately 30% of the time for syphilis and approximately 50% of the time for chlamydia and gonorrhea, making this an extremely high prevention rate that is attracting worldwide attention.
At our clinic, a doctor examines each patient, fully explains the risks and benefits of STI prevention medication and considers eligibility on an individual basis. Please ask your doctor for details during your consultation.
If you would like Doxy-PEP delivered, a doctor’s consultation is always required. A consultation fee (2,500 JPY for a first visit, 1,000 JPY for a follow-up visit) is charged separately.
We prescribe Doxy-PEP to patients at high risk of contracting STIs, with the cooperation of the AIDS Clinical Center (ACC) and our partnered clinic, the Personal Health Clinic (Tokyo).
We are working to accumulate this information, verify the effectiveness of Doxy-PEP in Japan, and build a new form of preventive medicine that can be given back to society.
To ensure Doxy-PEP can be used correctly, we provide the necessary testing at prices far lower than the usual fees.
When starting or continuing Doxy-PEP, be sure to undergo appropriate testing. Prescriptions from facilities that do not perform the relevant tests, or personal imports without testing, carry a risk of drug resistance and are dangerous.
A prescription for Doxy-PEP requires testing for syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia (for gonorrhea and chlamydia, all sites where there has been an opportunity for infection).
We have everyone who starts (or continues) Doxy-PEP undergo testing for gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis at a special price.

Those who have undergone all testing including syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia (for gonorrhea and chlamydia, all sites where there has been an opportunity for infection) within 1 week can be prescribed with only the consultation fee and medication fee.
Tests taken outside our clinic are also eligible. For those using the 3-Time Package of regular testing, syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia testing is included in the package, so a prescription is possible on the day of testing.
If you wish to receive only the Doxy-PEP medication, please be sure to bring something showing your test results. (A separate consultation fee is required)

At our clinic, we offer vaginal discharge testing (vaginal candidiasis, trichomonas and bacterial vaginitis) at a special price to those who are prescribed Doxy-PEP.
Vaginal discharge test (vaginal candidiasis, trichomonas and bacterial vaginitis): 3,000 JPY (normally 4,000 JPY)
Vaginitis Prevention
If you would like vaginitis prevention medication delivered, a doctor’s consultation is always required. A consultation fee (2,500 JPY for a first visit, 1,000 JPY for a follow-up visit) is charged separately.
Vaginal candida: With prophylaxis (once weekly × 6 months), the recurrence rate can be expected to fall to about 10 to 20%.
Bacterial vaginosis: There are reports that treating the partner in addition to the patient herself lowered the recurrence rate within 12 weeks from 63% to 35% (roughly halving it).
*Effects vary between individuals. The optimal approach differs depending on the pattern of recurrence and the test results.
For first-time patients, the induction + 6-month continuation package is the best value. For continuing patients, you can choose your preferred amount from 1 month/3 months/6 months.

Morning-After Pill

Other: An emergency contraceptive approved by the US FDA (the United States Food and Drug Administration), and the mainstream emergency contraceptive overseas. It is effective for 5 days after intercourse and causes little nausea. Its active ingredient, ulipristal acetate (a progestogen), is also used as a medication for treating uterine fibroids.

AGA/FAGA Treatment Medication
AGA (Androgenetic Alopecia) is characterized by hair loss occurring mainly at the frontal hairline and around the crown at the top of the head, with thinning hair progressing gradually over time.
Once AGA develops, the progression of thinning hair cannot be stopped naturally, so starting treatment at an early stage is recommended, and finasteride, dutasteride and minoxidil can be expected to be effective.
FAGA (Female Androgenetic Alopecia) refers to “hair loss that occurs when female hormones decrease and male hormones become dominant”, and it is said to be a cause of thinning hair and hair loss in women that has been attracting attention in recent years. Spironolactone and minoxidil can be expected to be effective.

Influenza Prevention Medication

It is said that starting it within 48 hours of contact with an influenza patient can reduce the onset of illness by 70 to 80%. If you wish to lower your risk of infection, such as before travel or study abroad, please consult us.
