Consultation Fees
The consultation fee is as follows.
Note that patients who have visited us before, whether or not it was covered by Japanese national insurance, will be charged a 2nd+ visit fee.

No consultation fee will be charged for those who do not need a doctor’s consultation, or for those seeking refills for pills, ED or AGA medications.

Test Results: You will receive confirmation via e-mail on a later date.
If desired, you can begin treatment on the same day without waiting for the test results.

Test Results: The doctor will explain the results to you within approximately 30 minutes after the test. Immediate treatment or in-hospital prescription is also available right after testing if needed.

* With our microscope test, we can provide results for vaginal candida, trichomoniasis and bacterial vaginosis in approximately 30 minutes. Please note that the doctor will explain the results of the discharge test, so an additional consultation fee will be charged.
** Only those with symptoms can be tested. If you do not have symptoms but are worried about infection, we recommend a herpes antibody test.
***Results of the drug reaction test will be explained by a doctor, hence a separate consultation fee applies.

We offer a set menu of periodic tests at a very reasonable price for three sessions for everyone’s convenience. The set price will be charged at the time of the first test. No additional payment is required for the second and third tests. You can take the second and third tests at a time of your choice. Note that it is valid for a year.
For those who purchase the three-session package, we also offer a special discount for PrEP.

About the 3-Test Package
We offer a 3-test package menu at a cost-effective price to facilitate easier access to regular testing for many individuals.
You pay for the package price (3 tests) at your first test, which remains valid for one year. There’s no need for payment at the time of your second and third tests.
You may schedule the second and third tests at your preferred timing.
Please note that the package is valid for one year from the date of your first test.
Individuals in the CSW (commercial sex work, AV industry, etc.) and others at high risk of infection
Those at high risk of infection are advised to undergo testing approximately once a month, while it is generally recommended to test every 3-4 months.
Customers using the 3-month package can access PrEP at a special price.
A doctor’s consultation is required for prescription (consultation fee applies).
