You will pay the package price (for 3 tests) during your first test. The package is valid for one year.

No payment is required for the second and third tests, and you can take them at any time of your choosing.

Customers who purchase the 3-test package are eligible for a special discount on PrEP.

For more details on the 3-test package, please refer to the link below.

Medication Fees

Since treatment under not covered by Japanese national insurance does not result in “Notice of Medical Expenses” being sent to your home, you can receive treatment without informing your family.

According to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare, mixed treatment (combining insurance-covered and uninsured treatment) is prohibited. Therefore, if a test under not covered by Japanese national insurance shows a positive result, the treatment must be conducted under the same uninsured category.

You Can Prevent the Big 5 STIs

The big 5 STIs—HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B, gonorrhea, and chlamydia—can be prevented. HIV can be prevented with the oral medication PrEP, syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia can be prevented with the oral medication DoxyPEP, and hepatitis B and gonorrhea can be prevented with vaccines.

We are now in an era where STIs can be prevented, and we offer all of the above preventive treatments and vaccines.

The Big 5 STIs and Prevention

– HIV➡HIV Prevention Medication (PrEP, PEP)

– Hepatitis B➡Hepatitis Vaccine

– Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia➡DoxyPEP, Gonorrhea Vaccine

Click “HIV Prevention Medication,” “Hepatitis Vaccine,” “DoxyPEP,” or “Gonorrhea Vaccine” for more detailed information.

We offer PrEP and DoxyPEP prescriptions at very affordable prices, which include the cost of testing.

You can receive both prevention and testing at the same time, so feel free to consult our staff.

You Can Prevent STIs with Vaccines

Hepatitis A, hepatitis B, gonorrhea, and human papillomavirus (HPV) are known STIs.

These can be prevented with vaccines. We offer vaccinations for all of the above STIs.

Hepatitis Vaccine

Hepatitis A and B are known to be transmitted through sexual activity, and infection can increase the risk of liver cancer, require regular liver function monitoring, and, in rare cases, progress to life-threatening fulminant hepatitis.

The most effective prevention is the hepatitis vaccine. We offer hepatitis A, hepatitis B, and combination vaccines.

Who should get vaccinated:

– People working in the adult entertainment industry or others with frequent sexual contact

– People with multiple sexual partners (including oral sex)

– Partners and cohabitants of individuals with hepatitis B

– Healthcare workers, etc.

Gonorrhea Vaccine (Meningococcal B Vaccine)

This vaccine is known to be effective in preventing gonorrhea. Since meningococcus and gonococcus are genetically very similar, the meningococcal B vaccine is known to help prevent gonorrhea.

When combined with the preventive medication for syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia (DoxyPEP), it is believed to provide higher protection against gonorrhea.

Who should get vaccinated:

– People working in the adult entertainment industry or others with frequent sexual contact

– People who have previously had gonorrhea or other STIs

– People allergic to the first-line treatment for gonorrhea (ceftriaxone)

HPV Vaccine

This vaccine helps prevent infection with HPV, which is well-known for causing cervical cancer. It is also responsible for other types of cancer and warts (condyloma acuminata).

We offer the 9-valent HPV vaccine.

Who should get vaccinated:

– People working in the adult entertainment industry or others with frequent sexual contact

– Anyone 9 years or older who wants to reduce their risk of HPV infection

(HPV vaccination is also recommended for men in many Western countries, as it helps prevent penile and anal cancers.)

Birth Control & Emergency Contraceptives

We offer four types of oral contraceptives (birth control pills) and three types of emergency contraceptives (morning-after pills). For more details, please refer to the link below.

Birth Control Pills

An initial consultation fee (2,500 JPY for first visit, 1,000 JPY for follow-up) will be charged separately for first-time users. For subsequent visits, there will be no consultation fee if you are only receiving a prescription.
