内容物の確認
検査セットが入っているか確認します。
1回分の中身は以下の通りです。万一、不足がある場合は専用LINEからご連絡ください。
・テストストリップ（PrEPセットの場合は、HIV・B型肝炎・梅毒。PEPセットの場合は、HIV・B型肝炎（オプションで梅毒）。Doxyセットの場合は、梅毒のみ。）
・アルコール綿1枚
・バッファー液1つ
・穿刺器具2つ（1つは予備）
・返送用封筒1枚
＊PEP・PrEP6ヶ月セットには、検査キットが2回分梱包されています。
テストストリップのシールをはがす
テストストリップのシールをゆっくりはがします。台帳からはがす必要はありません。
穿刺器具のカバーを回転させながらとる
アルコール綿で穿刺する部位を消毒する
穿刺器具で穿刺を行う
指をテーブルに置いて固定し、穿刺器具を指の腹にしっかりとあてて、穿刺を行います。
テストストリップに血液を３回つける
テストストリップが複数ある場合は、血液を繰り返しつけます。（PrEP/PEPセットは2本または3本、Doxyセットは1本）
バッファー液を血液付着部位に2滴ずつたらす
バッファー液がろ紙に染み込みながら上がっていくことを確認してください。
検査結果の送信
検査結果が出たテストストリップを台紙からはがさずに写真でLINEで送信してください。当院にて結果を判定いたします。
検査キットの返送
使用済みのテストストリップと穿刺器具は、ジップロックに入れた上で返送用封筒に入れて、当院まで返送してください。使用しなかった穿刺器具も、入れていただきますようお願い致します。
画像の〇の部分に線がでなければ陰性です。陽性の場合は画像の〇の部分に線が出ます。

Check the contents
Ensure the test package contains all items.
The contents for one test are as follows. If any items are missing, please contact us via the official LINE.
・Test strip (HIV, Hepatitis B, Syphilis for PrEP/PEP package, HIV, HepatitisB(,Syphilis:Option) for PEP package, Syphilis only for Doxy package)
・One alcohol swab
・One buffer solution
・Two lancets (one spare)
・One return envelope
*The PEP/PrEP 6-month package includes kits for two tests.
Remove the seal from the test strip
Slowly remove the seal from the test strip. It is not necessary to remove it from the ledger.
Twist off the cover of the lancet
Disinfect the puncture site with an alcohol swab
Puncture with the lancet
Place your finger on the table to stabilize it, firmly press the lancet against the fingertip, and puncture.
Apply blood to the test strip three times
If there are multiple test strips, repeat the application of blood. (Two or three strips for PrEP/PEP package, one strip for Doxy package)
Apply two drops of buffer solution to the bloodstained area
Ensure that the buffer solution is absorbed by the filter paper and begins to spread upwards.
Send the test results
Without removing the test strip from the backing, take a photo and send it via LINE. We will evaluate the results.
Return the test kit
Place the used test strip and lancet in a Ziploc bag and return them to us using the provided return envelope. Please also include any unused lancets.
If no line appears at the circled part of the image, the result is negative. A positive result will show a line in the circled part of the image.
