In addition, to protect the health of those being sent abroad, additional vaccinations may be recommended depending on the destination.
We provide medical support so that both the person in charge of coordination and the traveler can move forward with preparations quickly and safely.
We carry all of the basic vaccines required for overseas travel.
In addition, based on the specialized expertise of our doctors, we also stock vaccines not approved in Japan whose safety and efficacy have been proven worldwide.

Our Features
Companies and organizations that send staff overseas can enjoy a range of benefits by using our clinic.
Reception for consultations is available from 14：00 to 20：45 on weekdays and Saturdays, and from 10：00 to 16：45 on Sundays and public holidays.
We give priority to those with appointments, so patients are seen in order of appointment.
Same-day appointments are also possible, and vaccines and prevention medications can be administered or prescribed that same day.
If you are in a hurry to be vaccinated, you can also discuss the vaccination schedule with the doctor.
When a vaccine approved in Japan is used, there is a public compensation system in place should a serious adverse reaction occur after vaccination.
In addition, for unapproved vaccines we have adopted the importer’s compensation system for injury from adverse reactions to imported vaccines, so you can use them with confidence.
The unapproved vaccines we use have an extensive record of administration overseas, and serious adverse reactions are extremely rare.
We will record information about the vaccines you have received in your vaccine passport free of charge.
If you require a vaccination certificate or medical certificate, we can issue one in both Japanese and English after vaccination is complete.
If you are in a hurry, please consult with our doctor. We will accommodate you as far as possible.

We can arrange individually customized contracts so that the person in charge at your company can easily handle settlement and manage vaccination status.
The following benefits apply at 3 stages: “at the time of contract”, “at the time of booking” and “at the time of the visit”.
Contract Details
Depending on your requirements, we can also discuss arrangements tailored to your company, such as on-site vaccination or group vaccination.
A member of our staff will speak with you individually, so please contact us for details.
For appointments made through your company, we do not charge the initial consultation fee for vaccination (normally 2,500 yen, tax included).
Furthermore, depending on the frequency of vaccinations and other factors, we may also offer discounts.

At the Time of Booking
The person in charge at your company can make appointments on behalf of the individuals who will be vaccinated.
This allows the person in charge to manage the appointments centrally.
At the Time of the Visit
If the traveler is accompanied by family members or children, we can provide vaccination for them as well.
Please note, however, that we do not handle publicly funded childhood vaccines.
The person in charge can settle payment by invoice or a similar method.
In that case, the individual being vaccinated does not need to make any payment on the day.
We can discuss payment cycles and other details individually, so please feel free to contact us.
Please also note that our invoices comply with the qualified invoice system.

Contract
The person in charge at your company and our clinic agree on the invoice payment cycle and prices, and then enter into a contract. No fee is charged for entering into the contract.
The Person in Charge at Your Company Makes the Booking
Please let us know the information of the person to be seen, the date and time of the visit, the details of the visit, etc.
If the person being seen makes the appointment themselves, please provide the company name and other details at the time of booking so that we can arrange payment by invoice.
The Individual Visits the Clinic
Immediate vaccination is possible. Note that if a contract for payment by invoice is in place, the individual does not need to pay on the day.
*If the individual separately receives care for other matters, we will charge the individual for that portion.
We Send the Invoice to the Person in Charge at Your Company
We will send the invoice based on the contract details agreed in Step 1.
Settlement Based on the Invoice
We ask the person in charge at your company to settle the payment.
