Currently, STI testings are available only for face-to-face consultations but not via phone. Still, medications for STI treatment are eligible for delivery.
Note that telemedicine and delivery services are not covered by Japanese National Health Insurance.
Same-day shipping is available if payment is completed by 6:00 PM on weekdays or Saturdays, or by 5:00 PM on Sundays or Japanese national holidays.

Introduction: What You Can Do with Teleprescription
With our telemedicine, you can receive consultations and prescriptions from our doctor without physically visiting us. The medications are delivered to any domestic location that you designate such as your home or Yamato Transport office.

We are the only clinic certified by PrEP in Japan in Kansai. Therefore, we can provide fast delivery, particularly in Kansai.

Delivery to Your Desired Address
If you test positive for an STI and the doctor prescribes medication, it will be sent to your specified address. Delivery to places like your home, workplace or a nearby Yamato Transport office is also available.
Consultation From Anywhere
You can receive a consultation with a doctor from anywhere, as long as you have a phone.
This service is available to patients all across Japan, from Hokkaido to Okinawa.

Privacy
Our mail packages do not indicate our clinic name or the label of the contents. Additionally, since telemedicine and delivery services are not covered by Japanese National Health Insurance, you will not receive any medical expense notices at home, ensuring privacy.

Test Results from Home
Test results can be confirmed via e-mail, so there’s no need to visit us just to check the results.

Make an Appointment from Official LINE

Fill Out the Questionnaire
– Please make sure to fill out the questionnaire in advance following the instructions on the official LINE menu.
Register Credit Card Information
48 hours before your appointment, we will send an e-mail about credit card registration to your registered e-mail address.
Once registered, we will provisionally reserve your credit card limit according to the kinds and quantity of the medications you desire. Please be assured that payment has not yet made at this time.
A credit card is recommended to use because registering a debit card might temporarily withdraw some amount from your account. Also, depending on your smartphone and your app, it may show a ‘Payment Completed’ notification, but rest assured that this is only a provisional hold. Our doctor will notify you when the payment is actually made.

Delivery
– Once the payment process is completed, the delivery will be made as soon as possible.
Receive Medications or Test Kits
– Receive the mailed items after payment confirmation.
– The delivery can be made to your home, workplace, or a Yamato Transport office as per your preference.
Conduct Tests / Take Medications
– Follow the instructions provided with the test kit to collect your sample.
– After sending back the sample, you can check the test results via e-mail (or via LINE for vaginal discharge tests) within 3 to 5 days after the sample arrives at our clinic.

The cost is calculated as follows.

* First visit: 2,500 JPY, 2nd+ visit: 1,000 JPY
* For your 2nd+ visit for pills and medications for ED, AGA or premature ejaculation, doctor’s consultation is optional.
Note that prescription for STI prevention medication (PrEP, PEP and Doxy-PEP) always requires doctor’s consulation.
Express Specimen Return Option
When you opt for the Express Specimen Return Option, the period needed to return your specimen to us is reduced by 2-3 days. If you would like to use this service, please let us know in the questionnaire. Note that this incurs extra 300 JPY.
Eligible Medications
We can deliver the following medications for teleprescription:
– The all the prescription for the STI prevention medications (PrEP, PEP and Doxy-PEP) and 1st prescription for pills and medications for ED, AGA or premature ejaculation require doctor’s consultation.
STI Treatment Medications
We do not currently accept consultations for STI testing. However, STI treatment can be mailed.
Telemedicine and delivery services are available only for non-insurance medical care (private practice).
Please consider face-to-face consultations for STI testing.
A doctor’s consultation is required for prescribing treatment medications. Consultation fees (first visit 2,500 JPY, follow-up 1,000 JPY) apply.
HIV Prevention Medications (PrEP)
We offer PrEP with an all-inclusive package that covers all necessary blood tests for PrEP usage and continuation.
A doctor’s consultation is mandatory for PrEP delivery.
Patients purchasing PrEP from us can ask any questions regarding PrEP and other medications, as well as PrEP administration, via LINE 24/7. Feel free to contact us.
If you have a test certificate for HIV and hepatitis B within one week, only the bottle can be delivered. Please consult with the doctor during the consultation.
Price for bottle only: 8,000 JPY per bottle, 18,000 JPY for three bottles (incl. tax), regardless of whether it is Descovy or Truvada.
Emergency HIV Prevention Medications (PEP)
Our telemedicine service for PEP includes the consultation fee, necessary tests, medications, and follow-up after one month, all in one package.
A doctor’s consultation is required for PEP delivery. The consultation fee is included in the package price below.
For those taking PEP, we offer comprehensive mental care and additional tests as needed, based on the situation of the exposure risk, until HIV negative status is confirmed. These additional services are provided at no extra cost.
If there has been an HIV risk exposure and you are not taking PrEP, you need to take PEP (Post-Exposure Prophylaxis) within 72 hours for prevention.
Due to potential delays in delivery, it is recommended to visit the clinic if possible to receive PEP on time.
STI Prevention Medications (Doxy-PEP)
We provide specialized consultations for Doxy-PEP.
The price and necessary tests for Doxy-PEP will be determined during the doctor’s consultation based on the patient’s risk and frequency of sexual activity.
A doctor’s consultation is mandatory for Doxy-PEP delivery. Consultation fees (first visit 2,500 JPY, follow-up 1,000 JPY) apply.
To ensure correct use of Doxy-PEP, we offer the necessary tests at a significantly lower price than usual. For details, please contact us through the official LINE account.
Morning-After Pill
A doctor’s consultation is mandatory for the delivery of the morning-after pill. Consultation fees (first visit 2,500 JPY, follow-up 1,000 JPY) apply.
Birth Control Pill
Consultation fees apply only for the first visit (2,500 JPY) and follow-up (1,000 JPY).
For subsequent prescriptions, no consultation fee will be charged if only the medication is prescribed.
ED Treatment Medications
Consultation fees apply only for the first visit (2,500 JPY) and follow-up (1,000 JPY).
For subsequent prescriptions, no consultation fee will be charged if only the medication is prescribed.
Premature Ejaculation Treatment Medications
Consultation fees apply only for the first visit (2,500 JPY) and follow-up (1,000 JPY).
For subsequent prescriptions, no consultation fee will be charged if only the medication is prescribed.
AGA Treatment Medications
Androgenetic Alopecia (AGA) is well known in men, but many women also suffer from hair loss. Female pattern hair loss (FAGA) can be treated and prevented with topical and oral medications.
We also welcome consultations from those using hormone treatments (especially trans men) regarding hair loss.
Consultation fees apply only for the first visit (2,500 JPY) and follow-up (1,000 JPY).
For subsequent prescriptions, no consultation fee will be charged if only the medication is prescribed.
Clinic-Exclusive Cosmetics
We offer cosmetics available exclusively through medical institutions. These products are available for anyone to use.
No consultation fee is required.
