We accept Japanese national health insurance. Please present your insurance card at the time of your visit. It is required to present your insurance card once per month. Uploading a copy through the questionnaire is also acceptable.
Note that the prices indicated in this page are all inclusive of tax.
We strive to provide high-quality care by acquiring and utilizing clinical information. My Number Card health insurance cards can also be used.
If you forget to bring your insurance card, you will need to pay the full amount initially. A refund will be provided when you present your insurance card within the same month.

For Patients with Fever or Cold-like Symptoms
If you have symptoms such as fever or sore throat, please make an appointment before visiting us.
Depending on your symptoms, including fever or sore throat, you may be examined outside the clinic to prevent infection spread.
Cost
The following are estimates of the price for consultation, examination and treatment (prescription) covered by Japanese national health insurance.
Even without a referral letter, there is no additional “Selected Treatment Fee” beyond the initial consultation fee. (At hospitals with 200 or more beds, this fee often exceeds 5,000 JPY.) For Japanese Reference
For night and holiday consultations, please use our clinic. Compared to emergency visits at secondary medical institutions or treatment by ambulance transport, the out-of-pocket cost is approximately one-half to one-third.

We issue prescriptions for insured consultations as out-hospital prescriptions. Please note that the cost of medication paid at the pharmacy is not included in the above estimates.

We charge the following fees for issuance of diagnosis certificates or referral letters.
